Got plans to see The Purge: Anarchy this Friday, July 18th? Celebrate the release of the sequel to last year's The Purge by participating in The Girl Who Loves Horror's first ever giveaway!
If you win this prize pack, you will receive a Purge: Anarchy t-shirt size large (sorry, only size available) and an official Purge flashlight. I thought a gun might be a bit more helpful for the purge than a flashlight but I think it's illegal or something to give those away.
So if you're interested, all you have to do is check out the nifty little interactive GIFs below to find out the "5 Things to Know Before You Watch The Purge: Anarchy." Use your touch screen or mouse to roll across the GIFs and control the scene!
I'm actually pretty stoked to check out what Anarchy has to offer. Ever since seeing the first film, I've wondered what a Purge would be like on a much broader scale than just the experiences of one family in one house.
TO WIN: Comment below and tell me your favorite color.

DeleteAlso if the purge were real, I'd leave the country.
DeleteI would go out and steal me a few things I can't afford right now as a broke college student. No violence or vigilante doings for me. I'm solo.

ReplyDeleteI would go somewhere in the country, set up traps and barricade myself, and wait it out.
ReplyDeleteEmail address?
DeleteIf the Purge were real...first, I would probably wet my pants because even the thought of the Purge is terrifying :p But I guess I would just barricade myself in an underground bunker and wait it out.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!!

I would go on a free shopping spree if the purge was real...of course I would make sure my family was safe first but who knows maybe they want to come with me lol my email is kcfadestolegend@aol.com
ReplyDeleteWell since I live in the city and ain't ballin like Ethan Hawke I would prob try to invest in a sniper rifle, make some homemade molotovs, band together with my best buds, and hole up in a high-rise! But what I really want to do is cruise around in a armored truck like in Dawn of the Dead and wreak havoc on those crazies haha!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog but I'm a first time commenter keep reviewing! =)

Looks like my first reply got swallowed. Anyway, I really didn't like the first Purge, but when I reviewed it I guessed at a better idea for a film with this plot device and it looks like the producers almost agreed with me - http://iscfc.net/2013/06/18/the-purge-2013/
ReplyDeleteAnyway, during the purge I would burn down a load of houses, to show how stupid having a purge would be. While wearing a purple suit. Anyway, my email address is famous dot x dot mortimer at gmail dot com.
Red. I'd build a bunker and get as many guns as possible.

Blue. I'd probably leave the country with my family for a week.

No more submissions after 5 pm TODAY, in order to give the winner time to respond and have their mailing address submitted to the company doing the giveaway. Last chance! Winner will be decided by a simple drawing out of a hat (or most likely a bowl, I don't actually own any hats).
